1. Shipping Rates

We have a free shipping policy on all packages.

2. Order Processing Time Limit

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days, please contact us directly if you need to step up your processing.

3. Shipping Address

All orders are shipped from Guangdong Province, China.

4. Shipping Time

  • 7-12 business days for shipping to the USA
  • 10-15 business days to Canada
  • 6-8 business days to the UK
  • 8-10 business days to France

For other countries, please contact our pre-sales service directly, please note that the time limit is estimated by the logistics service provider and not the exact time.

5. Wrong Address

Shipments will be sent to the address entered on our web page during checkout. Vgplay cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. We can only modify a wrong address if customer contacts us before the package is marked as shipped.

We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped, as the address information you enter is used as part of the fraud checks and fraud prevention. The shipping address you enter on our web page takes precedence over addresses listed in the order comments or entered in PayPal. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, those fees may be passed on to the customer. UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment. Vgplay reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. Paying through PayPal with CONFIRMED address is recommended for new customers purchasing high value items to prevent possible order cancelations or delays.


None of the mail services offered by Vgplay require a signature on delivery of your package. Only in certain cases and in the sole discretion of Vgplay will a signature be required.


For orders shipped outside the China, you are solely responsible for any and all import duties your local customs office may impose on your order. If a package is returned to Vgplay due to the Mail Carrier's inability to collect customs duties or deliver the package to your provided ship-to address, Vgplay will not refund

a) shipping costs from Vgplay to your location


b) the cost of returning the package back to Vgplay, when and if the package is returned to Vgplay.

In the event that a package can not be delivered due to the issues listed in this paragraph and the overall value of your order is less than the cost of returning the package back to Vgplay, Vgplay may elect to 'abandon' the package. If your package is abandoned, you will not receive a refund.


Life’s busy, we get it! We’re confident our products will give you time to relax, reset, and feel your best, but if for any reason you wish to return eligible, unopened, unused products purchased from you may do so by shipping the goods back within 14-days of the delivery date.

1. Return Process

Please contact our Customer Service Team HERE to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, reason for the return. Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

Items received showing cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, issues with consumable items, dead on arrival (DOA), and any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery!

2. Return Shipping Costs

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items. The actual cost will be communicated to the customer when they request a refund.

3. Promotional Term & Conditions

Promotional items are listed as final sale. If the promotional item is deemed defective, we will only issue a refund in the amount paid for the items. Promotional items will not be replaced.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 7 business days. If it is not returned to your bank account, please contact us and we will actively cooperate with you.

Vgplay is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it. We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
